FAQ - Pick-Up

We accept custom orders via whatsapp, email, messenger or instagram direct. Please note, all custom orders must be made at least 3 days in advance

We sure do! We’ll work with you on colors, flavors and design to create a custom treat just for your event. We will need at least 7 days notice for large orders

We understand plans change. If you need to change the date or details of your order, just send us an email, whatsapp or message (on Facebook and Instagram) with your amendments, noting we cannot make changes to your order within 72 hours. Please wait to hear from us with a confirmation of your changes.

Yes. We ask for a 50% down payment to be paid upon receiving confirmation of your (custom) order, or at least 3 days prior to your pick up date. Please note that this 50% is NON-refundable.

You can cancel your order at any time, but note that if you cancel your order within 72 hours, you will not get your down payment back.

If you sent us a MESSAGE and we didn’t respond, we haven’t seen it yet.
